Our referral process
All patients require a referral from a medical practitioner. If convenient, your general practitioner can use the referral request form on this website which can be downloaded onto your practitioner's server or is printable. To assist the patient in a timely manner, it is preferred that referrals are viewed prior to arranging an appointment. We can make sure the patient has the appropriate appointment with appropriate nursing and examination equipment available.
  • Please make sure all patient contact details are on the referral in full so that we are able to contact the patient promptly.
  • If the referral is for fertility issues, please make sure that both partners names are on the referral.
  • Patients will be contacted with an appointment. This contact is often on the day the referral is received.
  • Appointments are offered in Rockingham and Mandurah.
  • You can fax or post the referrals
  • You can telephone 9528 1511 for an appointment (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 3.30 pm) and forward the referral at that time.
  • Referrals can also be dropped off at 14 Robinson Road Rockingham and can be dealt with at the time.
What fees are involved
We treat both privately insured patients and public patients in hospital and in rooms. This means both public and private patients receive personalised care in hospital. In addition, we are all "no-gap" providers with the majority of the private health funds which means there are no out of pocket expenses for private hospital care.
In rooms procedures do however attract out of pocket expenses regarding the gap between the Medicare rebate and the recommended fee. Each Doctor sets their own fees. This is a private practice and the Doctors do not bulk bill. We welcome your enquiry regarding fee charges.
Payment is usually to be made on the day of consultation. We accept credit card and EFTPOS for payment. We can submit your Medicare claim online, if you are registered with them. This would mean your Medicare rebate automatically deposited back to your nominated bank account.
Please check with your private health fund to ensure you are fully covered for Gynaecology procedures in a private hospital. Self-funded and overseas insured patients are welcome. Please contact us for more information.
